In connection with the decision of the National Assembly to introduce a state of emergency in the country, on the proposal of the Council of Ministers, the Rector of the University of Telecommunications and Post, Prof. Dr. Miglena Temelkova, orders:
- Suspension of UTP classes in all their forms until March 29 / Sunday / inclusive. The regular study process is scheduled to resume on March 30 / Monday /. Depending on the epidemic situation in the country, the order may be extended if necessary;
- Discontinuation of work with students and citizens and introduction of strict admission regime in the building of UTP. The admission to the territory of the Higher School without the explicit order of outsiders of the Rector is terminated;
- Publication of study materials in accordance with the March 2020 training schedule, in the e-learning platform, no later than the day of the respective training schedule;
- The academic staff should organize the scheduled classes on the basis of the e-Learning platform at UTP, as well as on other information channels, by March 15;
- Each member of the academic staff having a teaching job, according to the curriculum for the month of March 2020, submits to the e-Learning expert their materials. It is strongly recommended that they take the form of video recording. The deadline for submitting the materials is no later than one day before the scheduled lecture.
- The Director of the “Directorate of Educational Activity, Quality of Training and Accreditation”, together with the appointed Commission to carry out periodic review and findings of the academic staff’s compliance with its obligation and to ensure the quality of training through an electronic platform.
